Bill Witt
President
Bill Witt serves as President and Chief Operating Officer at Title Services of the Valley Agency. During his over 40 years in the Title and Escrow business, Bill has served various roles including Escrow Officer, Branch Manager and Operational Sales Manager. Joining Empire West Title Agency as President in January of 2011, he has overseen the growth of the company from 5 locations in metro Phoenix to 27 locations statewide including branches in Maricopa, Coconino, Yavapai, and Pinal Counties. His drive for growth and acceptance of market change have helped Bill and his team build a thriving and ever adapting organization with a team spirit and family culture. In 2020, the assets of Empire West were sold to a National underwriter and Bill remained with the company to facilitate that transition until November of 2023 when he rejoined ET Investments to help create Title Services of the Valley utilizing the same business principals, that helped facilitate the growth and success of Empire West.

Bill is a Phoenix native residing in Ahwatukee and is the proud dad of 3 sons and a daughter. In his spare time he enjoys traveling with his wife, playing golf, and spending time with family and friends.
Patti Payne
Senior Vice President and Escrow Administration
With over 35 years of dedicated service in the Title and Escrow industry, Patti Payne stands as a seasoned professional at the helm of excellence. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Escrow Administration at Title Services of the Valley Agency, Patti's journey is marked by a profound understanding of the needs of both employees and clients.

Patti's extensive experience has been instrumental in shaping the dynamic realm of real estate. She has played a pivotal role in diverse projects, contributing significantly to the success of numerous ventures throughout her illustrious career. As the manager of title companies for one of the largest title agencies in the United States, Patti not only sharpened her strategic vision but also made substantial contributions to organizational growth and efficiency.
Beyond the title and escrow arena, Patti ventured into the banking sector as a Financial Center Manager. This diversified experience has equipped her with a holistic understanding of the financial landscape, seamlessly complementing her deep-rooted expertise in real estate transactions.
